Abstract: Objectives To describe a part of the immune system, the gut-associated lymphoid tissure, in Microtus montanus. Findings and Status Two types of lymphoid aggregates (Peyer''s patches): "universal" patches shared by all animals; "non-universal" patches are highly variable in number and distribution. No sexual dimorphism. Produced annual report and UWNPSRC.
