Abstract: Objectives 1) Document spring and fall pronghorn migrqation routes into Grand Teton National Park and The Gros Ventre drainage. 2)Identify seasonal ranges and site fidelity of pronghorn summering in the Jackson Hole area. 3)Examine the differences in migratory behavior among animals and years. 4)Determine survival rates of adult female pronghorn summering in the Jackson Hole area.;This is to assist on permit GRTE-1998-43 Findings and Status Twenty three pronghorn were captured and collared in GTNP and 12 in the Gros Ventre. The last collared pronghorn left Jackson Hole on November 6, 1998. Six hundred ninety four relocation, habitat use and social grouping data points were collected. No newborn fawns were detected prior to 6/15/98. Video monitoring of spring migration showed migration beginning on June 25th. The first pronghorn recorded in GTNP was 5/27/98. 56 pronghorn attempted to overwinter on the NER but perished in late February, 1998.
