Jerry McGahan a student of John J. Craighead began his wildlife biology studies in the 1960’s. Some of his first work was with what is now the Golden Eagle of South Central Montana study. After years of field study in South America Jerry has compiled The Andean Condor: A Field Study. This a wonderful and complete manuscript on the threatened Andean Condor,  the national symbol of Peru, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia and Ecuador.
